There are even studies that indicate that spinach can help to improve high blood pressure, due to its high potassium content. If spinach isn’t your favourite, it can be easily disguised in sauces, smoothies, and stir fries, particularly if you aren’t too keen on salads. Like spinach, Bok choy is another power packed leafy green that is an exciting and healthy summer meal addition!
